I'M INVESTED IN THE FUTURE OF PAYSON
Commercial real estate is more than buying and selling buildings.
The long-term value of commercial property is driven by economic growth, new employers, tourism, infrastructure, and community investment. That is why I am actively involved in helping shape Payson’s economic future- not simply selling real estate. As both a commercial real estate professional and community leader, I work to help create a stronger local economy, attract new investment and increase opportunities for businesses and property owners alike.
PAYSON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL (EDAC)
As a member of the Town of Payson's Economic Development Advisory Council, I work with Town leaders and business professionals on initiatives designed to encourage investment, create jobs, improve commercial corridors and strengthen the local economy. This gives me a unique understanding of future development, infrastructure planning, business recruitment and economic trends that affect commercial property values.

PAYSON ELK PARADE (www.ElkParade.com)
As a leader of the Payson Elk Parade, I initiated a public art project featuring artistically painted elk sculptures placed throughout the community. This is designed to attract visitors, encourage people to spend more time around town, support local businesses and create new reasons for people to visit Payson year-round. More visitors ultimately mean stronger businesses, higher demand for commercial space and better property values.
Nine statues have already been sponsored and are in the process of being painted. Several have already been placed with more coming soon..
PAYSON JAZZ SERIES (www.PaysonJazz.com)
I help produce and promote free monthly live jazz concerts in Payson performed by very high-quality musicians from Phoenix and around Arizona. The Payson Jazz Series brings residents and visitors into the community, supporting restaurants, retailers, lodging properties and other local businesses while enhancing Payson’s cultural offerings and quality of life.
